Welcome to Yaadle! By accessing or using the Yaadle mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms of Use (EULA)"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use Yaadle.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Yaadle, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not meet these criteria, you must not use Yaadle.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Yaadle, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

  • Create only one account.
  • Keep your account information up-to-date.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Yaadle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

3. User Conduct and Obligations

a. Your Responsibilities

When using Yaadle, you agree to the following:

  • Follow all applicable laws, including privacy and intellectual property laws.
  • Use the latest version of our app or website.
  • Review and comply with Yaadle's Safety Tips and Community Guidelines.

b. What You Cannot Do

You agree that you won't:

  • Misrepresent your identity or age.
  • Harm, bully, or intimidate other users.
  • Upload harmful or offensive content, including pornography, violence, or hate speech.
  • Use the app for illegal purposes, such as money laundering or fraud.
  • Share personal or financial information without permission.
  • Attempt to hack or interfere with Yaadle’s security or systems.
  • Create multiple accounts if you've been banned.

c. Prohibited Content

Yaadle prohibits uploading or sharing any content that:

  • Is offensive, harmful, or threatening to other users.
  • Is obscene, contains nudity, or promotes violence.
  • Incites illegal activities or harm to others.
  • Is defamatory or infringes on someone else’s rights.
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Misuses or harms Yaadle’s reputation or services.

d. Using Yaadle Responsibly

By using Yaadle, you agree to:

  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions and any changes we make.
  • Respect other users and their privacy.
  • Protect your account credentials and avoid sharing them.

4. License and Intellectual Property Rights

Yaadle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other intellectual property are the property of Yaadle or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or any of its content unless expressly permitted by Yaadle in writing.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in your possession.

6. Content and Interactions

Yaadle is designed to facilitate social interactions between users. However, we do not control or vet the content posted by users or the interactions between them. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or transmit via Yaadle.
  • Yaadle is not responsible for the actions or content of other users.
  • You should exercise caution when interacting with others and avoid sharing personal or sensitive information with strangers.

Yaadle does not verify the accuracy or authenticity of user profiles or content and disclaims any liability for user interactions or disputes.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Yaadle may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. These purchases are subject to the applicable terms from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform, and Yaadle does not store payment information.

By making a purchase or subscribing to any premium features, you agree to the terms associated with those purchases, including any recurring subscription fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yaadle is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the App's availability, accuracy, or functionality. Specifically, we do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be available without interruption or errors.
  • That the App will meet your expectations or requirements.
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided by Yaadle or its users.

Your use of Yaadle is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaadle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or use, arising out of your use of the App or any interactions with other users.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use Yaadle in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaadle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

Yaadle reserves the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the App or sending you an email.

Your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia,USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from your use of Yaadle or these Terms will be brought in the courts located in Georgia,USA, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.

 

End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YAADLE, you must agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

YAADLE  has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the service, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Prohibited Content: You shall not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, abusive language, explicit or violent content, and material that promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in any behavior that could be deemed abusive, harassing, or disruptive towards other users or the Yaadle community. This includes trolling, bullying, or any activity intended to intimidate or harm others.

3. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this EULA will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Yaadle. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and may report unlawful activities to appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting and Review

Users are encouraged to report any violation of these terms to YAADLE support at admin@yaadle.com . Reported content or behavior will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken as necessary.

5. No Tolerance Policy

YAADLE maintains a strict, no-tolerance stance towards any user who violates these guidelines. Abusive users and those sharing objectionable content will be permanently banned from using the service.

6. In-App Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Yaadle may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features within the App.

Subscription Details

  • Subscription titles, durations, and prices are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
  • Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected subscription plan.

Payment

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Yaadle does not collect or store your payment information.

Managing Subscriptions

  • Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings:
    • Open Settings
    • Tap your Apple ID
    • Tap Subscriptions
    • Select Yaadle and manage or cancel the subscription

Free Trials (If Applicable)

  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
